Response from Multichoice

Thamsanqa's response to my post on this forum dated the 1st of May 2013 did not answer my question.

I am aware that payments must be received by Multichoice on or before the 28th of each month.

So, on or about the 27th of each month, I log into my Self Service account in Multichoice's web site and go to credit card payments.

I pay the full amount due each month before the due date.
What more do they want me to do?

Incidentally following my last post, I did exactly the above and was amazed to see that the "Payment Amount" field was defaulted with a negative amount due (it indicated -803.50).

When I tried to pay the -803.50, I got a message "Please enter the a valid payment amount".

I then tried to pay 803.50 (without the negative sign in front) and got the message "To proceed with your transaction, kindly enter an amount that does not exceed the amount due".

Thus I concluded that my account was in fact in credit which further confused me as to why it had been suspended.

I am going to travel the 426 Km to Port Elizabeth (I live in Venterstad) to go into a Multichoice center and get someone to explain to me what I am missing and to sort this out once and for all.
