Dstv refuses to allocate payments to my account

Yesterday my service was suspended because according to multichoice I owed them two months payments. I then forwarded both proof of payments for the months of November and December to the accounts department. An hour later only the November payment was allocated to my account. I then called the call centre and was told to forward this to the unallocated payments email address, my service was reconnected in the mean time. I proceeded to do that yet to date the December payment has not been allocated to my account. I received a message on my dstv again stating that my account is overdue and I must pay my account plus a R50 reconnection fee. I even sent a complaint through but that hasn't been dealt with either.

I have run out of patience with this issue and I cannot understand why 4 emails and 3 phone calls later this matter is still not resolved?
