On the 25 Nov 2013 I visited the offices of Multichoice to activate my DSTV on the Family pacage, the family pacage is R175 a month. I paid an amount of R244 as informed by Margie that works there. My services has been suspended almost 6 times since then, every time I had to phone in. The people at the customer care services doesn't want to help you they just tell you you are in arrear and you have to pay and then they put the phone in your ear. Eventually I had to pay another amount of R110. So now I have paid an amount of R354 in total for the family pacage. A message was sent to us again stating that we ow R54 so I phoned the accounts department I spoke to Nicole and she told me that the message was a delayd message and that we are up to date. She gave me her word that our services will not be suspended a gain. The amount that we must pay end of December is R162.67 she gave me a reference number Ref: 147347950. This morning when I woke up our sevices was suspended. When I phoned the accounts department I spoke to Dineo that told me I must pay R26, and they will only put on my service as soon as I paid this amount and that the ball is in my court Ref:14784159. Please help me
