I called your call centre as my dstv TV screen was blank and or it didn't record programmes as requested. I call your call centre and i was on the phone for well over 20 minutes with your consultant and it seems like he didnt know how to resolve my query. We converse for twenty plus minutes trying every trick in the book only for him to tell me that my decorder is PROBABLY faulty and that i need to come to my nearest DSTV centre. Is the problem really my decorder or did he not know what to say or do considering that we were on the phone passed you working hours and he was keen to knock off?
