I BOUGHT THE DSTV DECORDER ON THE 1ST OF NOVEMBER 2013 IT WAS ACTIVATED ON THE 2ND OF NOVEMBER 2013, ON THE 9TH OF NOVEMBER I WENT TO JABULANI MALL TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE DECORDER AND THE SALES LADY SAID FROM THEIR SIDE IT IS WORKING FINE, EVER SINCE THE COMPLEX MANAGER HAS BEEN GETTING TECHNICIAN IN AND OUT BECAUSE OF THE DSTV, HAS NOT BEEN PLAYING I CALLED MULTICHOICE ON THE 8TH NOVEMBER AND WAS ADVISED THAT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG FROM THEIR SIDE AND I SHOULD TAKE THE DECORDER TO THE NEAREST BRANCH WHICH I DID AND WHEN I GOT TO THE BRANCH THEY SAID NOTHING IS WRONG, TODAY THE COMPLEX TECHNICIAN CAME AGAIN AND TOLD US THAT THE PROBLEM IS THE VIDEO CORD MY HUSBAND TOOK THE DECODER TO JABULANI MALL AND WAS TOLD TO GO TO MAPONYA MALL CAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE THE VIDEO CORD AT THE BRANCH, HE WENT TO MAPONYA BRANCH AND WAS TOLD TO GO TO RANDBURG, MY POINT IS NO ONE IS ASSISTING FROM MULTICHOICE AND I AM BEING SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST AT THE END OF THE MONTH I STILL HAVE TO PAY THE FULL SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE SERVICE I NEVER RECEIVED, KINDLY ASSIST
