For the last 5 day my 1 of 2 subscription with DSTV has not been working, but fully paid by D/O every month.
We were told to do a smart card swop which was done 2 days ago, but still no signal being sent to the new smart card, with error17. I have logged more than 1:30hrs with DSTV contact centre number with two agents.
Mathapelo told me after our conversation that the signal its still being sent to my new smartcard and will take 5 min to reach my dish or decorder. 2 hrs later still nothing happening on my decorder.
I phone the call centre again and spoke to another guy who said to me its a general problem and they dont know how long its going to take to fix. DSTV service is the worse i ve ever seen, cause if there's a general problem with error 17, why was it not comunicated to their call ventre agents? we are now on fifth day without your dstv service and yet no one can give us a satsfactory answer as to why. After nearly 2 hrs on the phone they are all thumb sucking on what could be the problem and saidly I am still sitting with the same problem.

I am disappointed, please mr your service is pathetic.
