XtraView Fault - Incompetent Call centre service

I have been trying to report XtraView fault that has been going on since Saturday 5th of October 2013 while the Primary decoder won't even show all the channels, I have been calling the call centre since the problem occurred but it only seems like I'm wasting a lot of money because of being put on hold for hours!!! I even sent an email reporting the matter but till now nothing comes up! What should I do when a company a pay every month with loyalty does this! May somebody please get back to be!
