Hi there,

My DSTv has been showing a blue loading screen for 3 days straight now.
I've tried the call centre twice, held on for 20 minutes without answer the first time, then tried again persisted despite the cost, and got through to an operator after 25 minutes of holding on. Spoke to the call centre agent for close on 25 minutes. This had no impact on fixing my problem, it only made my blood boil.

There-after I tried facebook, where lots of other people were complaining about my same problem. Tried the solutions provided by the DSTv agent there as well as provided on the website. Nothing is making a difference.

My query and issues are as follows
1. Why has there been no public communication from Multichoice to state that they are aware of the problem and how they are going about fixing it?
2. How are they planning to compensate subscribers for viewing time lost during the service outage?
3. HOW DO I GET MY DSTV TO WORK?
