OK, So let's get this straight, I PAY dstv for a service. This afternoon I get an error code on the screen. I call dstv, first from one phone, It eventually cuts off. I try again - EVENTUALLY I get a human, that CANNOT help me, and says I will be put though to "Extra view", I hang on for ten or so minutes - I get cut off. So I try again, this call is in EXCESS of 30 min. (I AM PAYING dstv for a service, and I AM PAYING FOR CALLS to FIX THEIR PROBLEM!) So out of desperation, during the 30 min hold, I get other phones and start calling dstv from them too - a TOTAL OF FOUR simultaneous calls to dstv - in excess of 30 min - MORE than TWO HOURS of holding on, (MY ACCOUNT) and NO ANSWER!!! Hells' Bells, this AFTER PAYING them for a service that I STILL DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TOO!!! Let's see if this message actually awakes anyone @ dstv. I will keep you posted! In total dstv owes me at least two hours twenty minutes airtime! G.
