Loss Of Picture, Call centre have no idea!!!

My RF signal to my TV's (Near and Far) seemed to disappear, HDMI signal was still available. I tried calling the call centre on Sat 3rd August and gave up waiting for a consultant after 23 mins. On Sunday I got through and was passed from one consultant to another without any solution to my problem, their only advice was to get an installer in as they could not help me as I was not allowed to have more than one TV connected to my PVR decoder??? A accredited installer was called in on Monday the 5th of Aug, it took all of two minutes for them to adjust the signal on the decoder and said that it was a common fault that DSTV are well aware of and could quite easily sort out over the phone. It has something to do with CAPE TV taking over a DSTV signal, to my amazement an acquaintance had the same problem and DSTV sent out someone to reset their signal at no charge?? My call out cost R385.00 which would have been totally unnecessary had the DSTV call centre staff all had the same or at least some training. This is what I pay over R600.00 per month for, what a farce!!!
