What is going on?

I am writing this on behalf of my parents: My father has the multichoice pack of R175 but pays R180 each month. Today the service has been cut, so they phone client services where the person tells them they are in arrears and have to pay R188 for the service to resume, and they have to pay more each month because they have a PVR that can record. They have had the PVR for more than a year, with no issues, and nr 2, they don't even know how to record. But recording is a function of the PVR and nothing to do with Multichoice.

Now, I have to stress that they don't even recieve an account each month, they have complained about this to no avail. Also they don't even recieve the monthly Magazine.

So I would suggest you get this sorted right away or they will be cancelling the service. How can you just out of the blue switch the service off, without them even knowing what is going on.

Real bad customer service. I want this sorted out today please.
