I have already complained about our decoder that when we set it to record the whole series and you assume it is it never records more an 1 episode so you end up missing so much. You actually have to go in and record each episode which defeats the point of having the option to record a series. I also noted that a number of different technicians had said the model we have has been known to be problematic. I have been in before and software was upgrades were done but this issue has never been resolved. I don't see the point of bringing it in as it will just be changed for another one of the same model which as noted has a lot of issues. So STOP telling me to bring it in as this will NOT help and just wastes my time. Why is it dong this and why does that function not work. If I say record all episodes the R and arrows stay green and never turn red to indicate recording. Do others have this problem. Please do not send me a snotty response like I had a year or so back saying I chose to mail so that is why I don't get a curtesy call. Multichoice gives me no option as if I call all your staff know to tell me is to n plug and reboot after that they say bring it in.
