I changed by package from Premium to compact on the 31/07/2013, i was told by their agent Muzi to pay in R257. i later that day paid R260 but on Monay i got a sms saying that my account has been suspended. i contacted multi choice waited almost 15min for an agent and then i was told that the account number i used was wrong but every month they send me a sms with the details. the customer number they sent me was (44098369). The agent that they would trace and transfer the monies and reconnect my services. the next dat i got the same massage but now i have to pay R307.51 to reconnect. I contacted multichoice again spent another 15mins on my cell and they said they can't trace the payment. I paid my account at Shoprite and i have supplied them with the transaction number and they still can't find it now they are making it my problem Shoprite is their agent not mine they need to clear this up with shoprite. Now I get conflicting messages againt that i now must pay in R19.18 but why? they need to go back and listen to the conversation with myself and Muzi and hear that i was told to pay R257, why do i have pay this extra amount if i already paid more than requested earlier.
