Multichoice gives people no other option but to use hellopeter. I have tried calling to get help and this time i sent an email about a month ago. And no response. When i call in no matter what the problem i get told the same information: unplug, remove the card etc.

Due to you not replying to my mail i am forced to complain here about your inferior product. I have the HDPVR that records 2 channels while you watch 1. The function where you can set to record the whole series does not always work. Every sun i am forced to record each show i want individually as the R that is supposed to be red to show it is going to record stays green and never records certain shows. The show comes and goes and no recording. What is the point of having a function if it doesnt work. I am tired of getting incorrect info when i call in and having your staff blame the installer for your inferior products and their inability to solve problems. There is nothing wrong with the installation as it works fine until YOU decide to send upgrades etc. And to top it off all 3 technicians i have used have all said the model i have came with issues so it is a known problem that it is a defective product
