Not solving an account problem for since May last

My father is on pension and for the past 5 years I am paying for his mnet. He moved to an retirement village last year in April 2012. Since then we have problems with multichoice. Every time they switch his decoder off.
All that they must do is to combine the two accounts and put it on my name, and every time is cost me money and time to phone in and the phone calls are plus minus 1/2 - 1 hour. Everything month they tell me that they have solved the problem till the end of the month when they switch off his decoder. I don't know what to do anymore. My account with multichoice is # 1577921 and my dad's decoder # D0335372
