Bad service in oh sooooo many ways!!!

I pay my dstv account via internet every month... I get harassed by about the 25th of every month to pay up or my services will be cut, despite my account being payable by the 5th of every month. The account due for payment 05 November was electronically paid in full and more on 01 November... today I get an sms to pay up or my services will be cut... this makes me as an consumer see RED!!! I also baught a HD PVR so I can record programs... dstv said they activated this at their end... the fact is I still after batteling wih this for more than a year now can not record onto my HD PVR... then their is an extra service I pay for in the Drifta... the past six months it's of no use to me because I get an constant error message saying that the service is currently scrambled. Now the cherry on top; Trying to call into the call centre, Cape Town is of absolutely no use... you can call all you like... they just don't answer!!! I have had it with Multichoice... no service, programs that get repeated to death and the common harassment of paying customers!!!
