On the 29th of July an amount of R1410.00 was deducted via debit order on my account. I contacted DSTV on the 30th for an explanation of this. I was informed that when I had contacted them on the 15th of July to disconnect my PVR services this was in fact not done. I was therefore debited for the PVR and normal decoder. I was told that the manger, Donovan Barker, was going to contact me that day to sort this out. Well I'm still waiting for the phone call & for my account to be corrected and for the refund. In the meantime I'm losing out on interest and DSTV are earning interest. Very convenient for them!
