You pay for service by EFT and still get cut off a

On the 1st June I called in to multichoice to find out how to do EFT to get banking details which I recieved. My wife then did the EFT of the full amount on the Multichoice page it tells you that if you use ABSA, FNB or Nedbank the payment will show in 15 minutes on your account hahahaha guess what today the 4th it gets cut off and we get told we will still have to pay the reconection fee of R50.00 as it was our fault as the payment only showed up on there system today. As far as I am concerned this money is now fraudentley being taken from me. I have had many problems with DSTV Multichoice over the years and I have been a multichoice client for many many years and I am now seriousley thinking of cancelling with Multichoice and waiting now for DT2 to start airing or going over to Top TV . The way you get treated by the telephone staff is ridiculous it is as they think that we are children and stupid
