So my drifta reception disappears on Saturday. I am unwilling to call and waste my airtime waiting for a call centre agent so I join the forum however its Monday evening and I'm still waiting to be activated. I call the call centre Monday morning, wait about three minutes before I can get a prompt to press for a call centre agent and then another three minutes for the call centre agent, who then wastes my time because my drifta is still scrambled. I tried sending an email and still haven't received a response. So even though I paid my subscription for the full year I have to basically spend money for them to resolve their problem, will they even think of compensating me for my time and effort? I highly doubt it, as the call centre agent told me "technical problems is nobody's fault" well reality check multichoice, technical problems are your fault- totally disgusting service. I won't be surprised if my signal remains scrambled for another few days because thats how pathetic this service is. Seems DSTV is like government, nobody actually does any work. Well done on this brilliant money racket you are running.
