Drifta reception scrambled remains scrambled

I initially reported a scrambled signal on my Drifta on the 15th July 2013. Since then I have only received patched solutions as the signal will only remain unscrambled for a few hours. I have done everything Multichoice requested me to do, namely

*hard reboot
*updated software
*have the unit inspected by a agency/branch
*in addition to this my subscription is paid in full for the year

Despite these measures the signal remains scrambled. The agency also reported that they received three similar cases to mine within the same week. This suggests to me that the problem is a Multichoice issue.

I find it disgusting that Multichoice has yet to come up with a credible response after such a long period. At this point I feel I need to be credited with at least one month's subscription as I effectively paid for something I am not receiving.
