I am so tired of sitting on the phone waiting for a multichoice call centre agent to answer my call. I have had the unpleasant task of having to call multichoice 3 times in the past 10 days and every time it has taken over 40 minutes for my call to be answered. And then the agents can't rectify your query. Multichoice needs more call centre agents and a toll free line. They have the monopoly in their industry and as such think they can get away with poor service. It is completely unacceptable and a waste of their customers' time and money.
