Promised 3 new channels, only got 1

The new channels on data were announced with great fanfare and it was said that premium subscribers would get all three the new channels. I'm a premium subscriber and only received channel114. So now what about channel 113 and 115??? Also, now I can't watch the series shows that we're on the old series channel as it is just nowhere to be found.
I want all the promised channels to be added, or the old series channel back. Otherwise I will not be a subscriber for much longer.
