Call centres wasting my time

The drifta has a habit of giving us the "Service is currently scrambled" message. After attempting to fix it myself online and by resetting, i gave up and decided to call the call centre. I spent 25 minutes waiting for someone to pick up on the other side!! That is easily the longest i've ever had to wait when calling any call centre.

After that, i was obvioulsy redirected to the Mobile call centre. I scanned the entire dstv mobile site prior to making the call but did not find the direct line to the Mobile call centre anywhere. The Contact Us link takes you to the general multichoice contact page. What was more frustrating was that once transferred to the Mobile call centre, the lady answered in no time, which means had i found that number on the site, i probably would have saved a good 20 minutes of my life.

I've come to expect a lot more from multichoice than this. Pull your socks up please
