Drifta not receiving signal

I have a drifta that is not able to receive any signal and has been like that for a few days. I contacted technical support last night to do some troubleshooting and verify a fault and was advised by a technical support agent to take the device to a nearest service centre for further testing. I went to the service center along Mandela drive in Kempton park and was very disappointed with the attitude of technical agent at this place. He had no equipment to test my device and had the audacity to tell me my device is working and I just don't know how to configure the device. He dismissed the fact that I did troubleshooting with a multichoice technical support agent. I have been using the device for months now.
