No statements being received & channels scrambled

My never ending saga with Multichoice continues. As a Pensioner I only have a Drifta as I could no longer afford their obscene high monthly subscriptions so cancelled 2 years ago. It happened last year, 2012, in February and March and again this year, same months. Multichoice suddenly decides to stop emailing me my monthly statement. Last year it was obviously in order to cover up the 40% increase in the subscription which they sneaked in for the Drifta. I have no doubt there has been yet another massive subscription increase this year which they are again covering up. I tried in vain a month ago and then resorted to HelloPeter but despite all attempts they still have not sent the statement I should have received at the end of February. Now, end of March has come and gone and I still have not been sent an statement for end March. Thats 2 months and no statements. Now on top of that my Drifta is scrambled and I cannot view anything since yesterday. This also happened a couple of months ago and I had no service for 2 days. Its obvious Multichoice has total contempt for their clients. Perhaps their CEO would be so kind as to respond to this and not some low level flunky.
