DSTV Drifta driving me crazy

I have a DRIFTA USB unit that connects to my PC at home. Every week I have to contact DSTV. I have a full DSTV subscription that is used in Cape Town, I use the DRIFTA in Roodepoort due to working away from home. I have updated software (which unfortunately we have to guess due to not being informed of software updates), I have rebooted, I have reloaded software, the longest my DRIFTA has ever run is 3 days. While watching (with 100% signal) it just cuts out, then I do all the above again and when it scans again my signal goes from 100% to 0%, this is on a clear day. The biggest problem I have is the irritation of doing this every week basically. After my umpteenth call asking for someone more than a call centre agent to call me I got a call on Monday night at around 20h30, unfortunately I was so peeved I told him to rather go or I would swear at him, I am also going to the papers to ask them to investigate, the reason why? I am paying more for telephone calls than I am for service. There is no common snse from Multinet regarding this and I am waiting to find out if they get a cut from Telkom for keeping us on the line so long. This Mr Multinet!!!
