DSTV drifta "service is scrambled"

The DSTV Drifta service is totally unsatisfactory, I continuously, now on a bi weekly basis a service is currently scrambled for no apparent reason. Then I have to spend minutes on the phone with the dstv staff to assist me. I am on the point of throwing the device away as it is giving me more problems that pleasure.
