Wanted to connect my drifta in December so I called the dstv mobile call centre and was given an amount to pay and then told it would be connected as soon as I made payment, which I did within half an hour. It then took three more days and probably double the amount in phone calls to the call centre than the actual installment of the drifta.

It was fine for about a week then the service was all of a sudden scrambled and it's been that way for about ten days. I have sent email and tried the self service error code reset on the website, but I still have a scrambled drifta. They obviously don't care.

A big problem I have with there call centre is after holding on for sometimes up to 20 minutes and is then put through to someone they waste even more of your time and money. They ask you for all your details and then tell you they are gonna patch you through to the next person who is gonna fix you're problem. Woe and behold, that person asks you for all of you're details again!! Sometimes then the problem is solved quickly.

I once ran out of airtime and instead of calling you back, I had to go buy new airtime and then go through the whole lengthy process again. Terrible service.
