Widow Pensioner ripped off by FIRST PROPERTY TRUST

I moved into flat when another company was doing the administration of the building, FPT took over a few months later, when I moved out, they bill me for stuff I didn't have at the first place and stuff I didn't break. I hired 2 women to scrub the place down, which I saw with my own eyes as I locked up afterwards, now they also deduct because the floors were dirty??? I fixed window arms that wasn't working anymore and a plug that was out of order, I even bought a Trellidor Security gate to the cost of R1600 which was installed by people of my church and now they take my deposit. I feel they ripped me off and I want the remaining amount after they deducted the inspection fee of R250 to the amount of R825.00 paid back to me and I want my Trellidor back. I wasn't able to make the inspection but the agent, Diana who I gave the keys and the receipt of the door as proof, promised to do the round with Dirk, I don't know what happened? #Crying
