No consideration whatsoever for their "client"

We had an agreement that I will get the key to Sable Mansions on the 30th at 10H00, but then it was moved to 14H00. As we know, that never occurred due to the previous tenant that was still in the unit and as you say, no one could get hold of him. None the less, I moved my luggage to Sable Mansions with the intention to move in as per agreement as none of you had told me that I should rather wait a while. I hired people and a truck and incurred costs on that day. My property had to be locked into someone else's garage, on the 30th. I had to pay for accommodation for me and my kids for that day as I surely could not let them sleep in the streets. On the 31st, I had to hire people and a truck again to get my stuff moved from that garage at Lion Sanda 90 as the new tenant needed to move in as well. The onus was once again on me to get storage for my property. I went to the Free State on the 31st with my stuff being in storage. All these other expenses were not in my budget. I moved in, but still the place is dirty and I still have to beg for you to get it sorted out. I still don't have electricity with my baby in the house, he takes bottle...
