Reimburse

I bought a house from Magda Erasmus an agent of Chase Everret last year Mar. My bond was registered 25th of Oct 2013, how ever i was notified the bond was registered but not when i should occupy the property. I then called the bank the second week in Nov 2013 to find out when my first payment is due, and they told me 25th of Nov 2013. I contacted Magda and told her when my first payment is due, and i asked her i was not informed nor was i given the keys to the property and i only moved in on the 30th of Nov 2013 how can i be liable for that months payment, she told my i am the owner now i should just pay it. Who must reimburse me now. We were about to move in and the ceilings collapsed, geyser was, pipes were leaking, doors were broken and she promised that everything would be fixed. They repaired some of the damaged items and did not complete the job. The kitchen pipe burst yesterday i contacted her and she said i should fix it i asked a plumber to assist and i and had to pay him. Now she told me the contractor will not fix or replace the geyser he is done with the repairs.
