Refunding my Deposit

I am not happy with the services I have received from Oosthuysen Attorneys.
1. We moved out on Tuesday the 30th of July 2013 and the outgoing inspection was done on the 31st July 2013.By the 19th August 19 days from the day we moved out my deposit was still not refunded. My deposit according to the Rental House Act should have been paid back to me within 7 working days. This was not done.
2. The periodic inspection was done no more than one month before we moved out and this was done while new tenants came and had a look at the place. Now I am being charged for this service. This was suppose to be done after the first 6 months
3. According to the lease agreement you are only allowed to charge me R 250.00 for the periodic inspection and R 250.00 for the out going inspection as per page 1 of 23 on the rental agreement and not R 300.00.
4. Nowhere in my agreement did I agree to pay a rental administration fee for moving out of the property. This is plain daylight. As per the email Frik Meyer sent he asked us to move out earlier because he already had new tenants for this unit. If it was not for this I would only have moved out end of August 2013 as per the rental agreement
