All documents got lost

We moved out end of January and we are still waiting for our Deposit, because they could not find the flat's paperwork.

They sent us our own maintenance list (to be deducted from our deposit) that we sent them when we moved in.
They don't even know who their own "inspection personnel" is and phones us to ask who they are, not that anyone inspected the flat as we waited until 8 the evening for someone to do inspection. There was no inspection done the day we moved in, only photos were taken and that also got lost. Almost 2 months down the line and they only did inspection now.

We are the ones that has to keep on phoning and ask what the progress is on the deposit.

I will never recommend them or use them ever again.
