I rented a flat with Trafalgar for 18 months, I paid the required month and half rent as a deposit. When i moved out i have the flat cleaned. From walls to carpets. The new tenants moved in an hour after i moved out and was very happy. A month down the line when I call Trafalgar they decide to Charge me over R5000.00 for stuff that was not broken or damaged. In fact they where charging me for stuff that was not working when I moved in. The agent just about the whole thing. they even charged me for cleaning the carpets although it was never cleaned when i moved in and never cleaned when the new tenant moved in. No matter how much u fight and request to see what they fixed in the flat they will not budge. PLEASE DO NOT USE TRAFALGAR TO RENT OR BUY PROPERTY. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF DISHONEST PEOPLE WORKING FOR A DISHONEST COMPANY.
