UNFULFILLED PROMISE

Mark who was the salesperson sold us a house at 32A Gantner Street, Haddon. We discovered in his presence that the wooden floor was creaking and waiting for anybody big enough to fall in. He promised that that was going to be fixed. He wrote it down. Two years down the line it still has not been done. We are afraid to wash the windows lest we fall in. I tried to phone him on the numbers we used to contact him on and it's like they are not longer working. Please help me.
