I had a power outage on the 14th at around 15:30, I reported it when I realized it's only in my house. They sent a technician who arrived at around 19:30. He didn't climb on the pole, but said everything is fine there, I told him that I still have electricity it's not the meter issue been unitless. He said he will report it to the Metering section. They didn't come, so I called; the agent told me they won't come anymore on that night because it's already past 9 and they knock off at 10. I asked her to make this a priority because I have an infant who needs bottles of Milk, but it didn't have an effect. Following day i.e. 15th, I called again in the morning, I was told they will come. They came at around past 10am if am not mistaken, the guy who came said the cable has burnt and he'll report it to people who deal with that. I called in twice after that and the agents kept saying it will be resolved on that day, even now I am still waiting and there's no notification via SMS or call; nothing to inform me the status of my query.

I want this resolved because I can't come go to work in un-ironed clothes smelling like parafin while I don't owe the municipality a cent
