Not keeping their promise on fixing electricty

On 12/11/2013 there was a massive storm. Part of a tree blew off and fell on cable that comes from the street pole to the house (Main Feed). We phoned the 0123589999 number and received a reference call. at about 20:30 a vechile arrived but the person said they dont do the cables. He was on the phone and spoke to someone who needed to attend. That person did not arrive at all. On 13/11/2013 we phoned the helpdesk again and was told this will be resolved in the morning. it is 14:27 and still not resolved. When we phoned again (bear in mind this is 20 - 30 minutes holding on) and was told they cannot provide a time at the moment. The main feed wire is laying on the grass were a 2 year old todler is staying. This is not the first time we had power issues. Tshwane Municipality service is pathetic as always. useless...
