I am very unhappy with the service i have been getting from the municipality with regards my electricity, i have reported the matte to the munipality on monday, buy 1st going in and i was told i need to call the call centre so that they can send a technician to come take a look into what is happening, i have been waiting since today, i was given a ref nr, 309/2 for my call and the promised me that someone will come thru. I am ver dissappointed about the whole thing i buy pre paid electricity but now i live in the dark. I have called the call centre for like 7 times now and still no elecricit and no technician at my house. The service is bull and i pay a lot of money buying electricity and now i dont have and i have a little baby who is now suffering and we all are jus because people cant do their job. can i please be assited with this as it is taking longer and its unfair.
