I have reported power failure to the city of Tshwane Municipality on the 29th November 2013 after the power was cut off after the hail storm on the 28th November 2013. I was given the ref no:2857/29 by the call centre agent who indicated that the normal turnaround time to respond to the call was 10hours on a normal day. The whole weekend passed without getting any service from the municipality, on Monday the 02nd December around 8:30 I contacted the municipality regarding the same issue I was told that the matter has been escalated as the problem was a tripping from the substation and cornfirmed to me that the matter will be resolved before the end of the day on 02 December 2013. Around 16hrs I contacted the municilality and was told that the matter was escalated and it is a tripping from the substation and that it will be resolved on the same day because their agents are working 24hours.

Until now there is no electricity in the house I spoke to Sipho who told me that the issue has been resolved and that they called 06:20 and confirmed that the power is on and that the matter has been closed, which is NOT TRUE WE HAVE NO ELECTRICITY AND DEFINETELY DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALLS.
