Non-Repair of Damaged Electrical Supply

Our domestic electrical supply was interrupted at 17h55 on Wed 30/10/2013 by a branch that fell on the electrical supply pole during a thunderstorm. (Pole No - G94) This was reported to the call center of City of Tshwane Municipality at 18h00 on. The reference number for the call is 219/31. The call centre was called again 5 more times during the next two days when the electrical connection was not restored as requested. ( 31/10 at 06h00, 12h00, 15h45, & 1/11 at 06h00, 07h30. It s now Fri 12h05 01/11/2013 and the electrical connection has still not been repaired. We have been without electrical power for two night now. We have had to resort to getting power from a neighbor to run the essential appliances such as fridges etc. What else can one do to get this issue resolved. My son is writing his matric exams at the moment and having no power is making it increasingly difficult for him to study at night.

Please help urgently
