We used Prestige Metering to install a pre-paid Electricity Meter, when the account came from the Municipality, they still billed us for electricity, when we phoned Isabel to sort out this, we were very rudely informed that we must send her the accounts, according to her the municipality no longer allows her to inform them when a pre-paid meter has been installed and therefore we now have to send her a monthly bill for the electricity! When I asked her why this was never told to us in advance she said she was busy and put down the phone in my ear! How rude! Now we have a pre-paid meter, but the municipality still bills us for electricity! Take advice from me, stay away from this company, don't EVER do business with them!
