Failure of delivery

Im so disappointed with Tshwane Municipality. I reported to them yesterday morning that my meter has been disconnected from the server, and thus i cant load electricity. My electricity ran out while i was waiting for them as i was told that the issue would be solved that afternoon.i slept in the dark still waiting. Today its 6h16 and they are still not here. My food in the fridge will get spoilt and i'll sleep in the dark, once again. I have called them for about ten times since yesterday but still no service.
