Home Affairs loosing documents

I applied for my daughters unabridged birth certificate 12 May 2012 (1 year ago). They have lost my documents 3 times in which I had to go in every time to re do the whole process. I went in a week ago and they have once again lost my documentation. Lost ideas on what more I can do to get this very important document
