Migration Order

On 5 may i got a call from the online department about a migration and the guy said that i am due for a migration and since i been paying more they move me to other package and ill be paying less than what i was paying before .only to find out that ill be paying more than before.i told to call it and they said it will be, but it was not .on the 31 may i called them again after i got an sms to say it complete and they migrated other number instead of cancelling the other two number.now they say i have to R 2500 for two then they can cancel after two months.they dont want to give me the migration fee.
