Migration is rip off

In december we contacted vodacom call centre for migration, which we received quotes and went to vodacom world on 14/12/2013 to confirm the quotes received. We were assisted by Ronnie Fresling we confirmed that the quote we valid and he confirmed that migration will start in jan 2014 and on top up 75 we will pay 75 nd VAS which in total is less R100. Fine i signed and paid the migration amount immediately. On 27jan 2014 i was billed more that what i was advised, when to the vodacom world today to find out and Sipokazi advised that the difference between the migration and our monthly bill is only - 150 which is crazy because if this was advised in dec already i wouldn't opt for migration. This is a rip off i would like to have my refund nd cancel migration because it is not worth doing. please refund my money and put me back to my initial top up 315 instead of top up 75. Honestly why will i migrate if all information was provide clearly to me.
