Widaad Philander told me to re-instate my telkom account in order for them to do a migration as the first time the documentation was lost somewhere along the line. She spoke to me in December. She said after the migration then she will sort the problem out in order to refund me for lost money paid to mweb. I've paid more than R3000 to re-install a new line and also pay deposits. She called and communicated constantly with me until the migration documentation was sent to telkom on the 10th of January 2013. Until now a man called me one day and said that telkom said the line is ceased but it's active and running. I gave him the correct number as it's been given to mweb several of times, he said he will call me back but didn't. Until now I'm waiting once again for the migration and telkom is charging me again for everything because the migration didn't took place as suppose to be between 10-15 days. I demand answers or I will be going further with this as it's going on now for almost 1 year to sort out, how long do i need to wait for a migration; 365 days before it's done or must i just remember that mweb gives poor customer service.
