Good day, I'm with Vodacom since 1996, I've done several upgrades, phones were delivered without any problems. Now I.ve done the 1ste upgrade online on the 4th April which didn't go through. On the 18th of April a new upgrade was done by phone. This is now the 20 June I still don't have my new phone. Now customer care service block me from contacting them.
What should I do now. Please help.
