FALSE QUOTATIONS BY UNTRAINED EMPLOYEES

Quotation received today from VODACOM Call Centre for a contract migration, now they wont allow the migration after sending a quotation in writing with the terms that we agreed upon. After I struggled for three hours to get to apparently the right person I am told by her that the lady in customer service sent me an incorrect quotation and that it is not really anything they can do to assist me further, other than sending me a more expensive contract option of nearly R800 per month. Why am I as a valued existing client with a good payment history with Vodacom not allowed to enjoy the same specials as customers who join Vodacom for the first time
