Extremely late delivery and no refund!!!

I ordered Flowers in a basket and a balloon for my wife for Valentines Day. Order was placed and paid for on 5 February 2013. Unfortunately I was out of the country, so I could not purchase it on the day to hand to my wife. It's for this reason that I trusted Netflorist (being the company forever advertising for great service and specials) to do the job for me. It cost me R400 with delivery for 10 roses.
On the day I called Netflorist a few times to ask why there was a delay, expecting the delivery to be done in he morning. The consultant said to not worry, as the delivery will be done before 5pm. 5PM!!! Are you joking?!
Anyway, 5pm never happened. The flowers were then delivered 5 days later! 5 days! For a service paid extra for Valentines day!
The funny thing is that the voiceline service said that you if the delivery is not done today (Valentines Day), then not to worry, it will be done tomorrow. Pay for a service today and get it tomorrow! LOL!

Anyway I am still awaiting the refund which was promised the next week. It is now 13 March 2013 and still nothing. Netflorist not only gives bad service delivery, but also robs people!
