Me and my husband had our first Valentines day as husband and wife in 2013. This year I decided to order way in advance to avoid disappointment. On 17 January 2013, I placed an order with Netflorist to be delivered on Valentines day. I called on the 14th Feb to find out if my delivery is still scheduled as per my order. They could not confirm time of delivery but confirmed delivery for that day.By 16:00, no delivery has been made. I called the call centre about 7 times, but the line was not working. How convenient! I then emailed them, but got no response. I then went onto their facebook page. I posted several complaints and asked why my order has not been delivered. On their FB page I read the comments of many people who were extremely disappointed in Netflorist. They ruined a lot of people's V-day. 5 min before my husband left work, I got a response on my comment, asking for my order no. This morning I got a response saying "Hi, unfortunately we did have a few orders that did not go out today due to temp drivers not arriving. Your order has been scheduled for tomorrow with a box of apology chocs" I wanted delivery for 14 Feb, not 15th, this is UNACCEPTABLE! They ruined my V-day
